Overview: The beautiful Rose Cottage has 4 well-appointed bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably with a spacious living room and an impressively large kitchen dining room, it is well set up for entertaining. As you enter Rose Cottage, you’ll be impressed at just how light and airy it is for a traditional stone cottage - the glass front door and the large Velux windows let in natural light throughout. Patio doors in the living room lead out to a garden with bench seating and lawn area. This cottage is located directly opposite our indoor swimming pool – perfect for a quick morning dip! 2 well behaved pets are welcome in this cottage.
Details: Contemporary and classic, Rose Cottage is a spacious and very comfortable family home.The cottage offers the very best in style and comfort and has a total of 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 7 guests). Downstairs is an impressive oak kitchen which is fitted with all the appliances you might need during your stay, including: two ovens, large 5 burner hob and microwave. The kitchen connects to a spacious dining room which has its own 42” LED TV and a large oak table that seats 12 guests – it’s the perfect space for entertaining and communal dining! The large, comfortable sitting room boasts a stone fireplace with a gas wood burner, a 42" LED TV, DVD player, and a Hi-Fi. From here, patio doors open out to the lawn where you can soak up the sun, enjoy an alfresco lunch, or take a well-earned siesta. Our indoor hydrotherapy pool is located just across the lawn, opposite Rose Cottage.
Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a spacious double room which is fitted with a dresser and a wardrobe. Next door to the double bedroom is luxury bathroom with a luxurious corner bath. The comfortable twin room boasts lovely views of the North Devon countryside, and there is also a single room which is well lit by a Velux window. Designed to accommodate large families and groups of friends, Rose Cottage has multiple bathrooms and shower rooms for your convenience.
