Combining two of our cottages together makes for double the enjoyment for larger families and parties, and we've done it twice! Rose Barn Cottage and The Round Retreat sleeps up to 12 and 14 respectively meaning large family holidays are now not only possible, but positively luxurious.

Rose Barn Cottage is the combination of Rose Cottage and Barn Owl Cottage, making a spacious 7 bedroom cottage that is perfect for larger families or groups looking to holiday together.
The double cottage comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests - ideal for family parties, festive celebrations, and large get-togethers. The cottages can be connected or separated at any time, via interconnecting doors on the first floor, giving guests in each cottage the opportunity to enjoy the privacy and facilities of their own cottage, or the communal space of the connected cottages.
With bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors, Rose Barn Cottage offers convenient accommodation for parties that require accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
Outside, you’ll find a patio with bench seating and a grassed lawn which leads over to the indoor swimming pool. There is plenty of room for everybody to wine and dine together at the large 12 seat table in Rose Cottage.

For larger parties, we recommend The Round Retreat – a combination of The Roundhouse (5 bedrooms) and the adjoining Tuckers Retreat (two bedrooms). The two cottages are located side by side but do not have an interconnecting door - this gives both parties the privacy of their own space, whilst enjoying the benefits of being next door to each other.
The Roundhouse is incredibly spacious and has ample room for everyone to relax and unwind together. The kitchen/dining room has a custom made table which comfortably seats 14, allowing guests from both cottages to join together for meals and to socialise. It also has an impressive lounge with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy an evening together in front of the wood burner.
Guests staying in Tuckers Retreat can choose to enjoy a few quiet moments in the privacy of their own cottage which has its own facilities, including a wood burner, TV, Blu Ray player and music system.
Outside, each cottage has its own enclosed patio – perfect for alfresco dining or catching a quick afternoon siesta!
